In this podcast, I drink the 2013 Caïssa from Dektown Cellars with my friend Andi Boyce, and mayhem ensues in general… but this, of course, is the rule of thumb with my podcasts. Made by Kimberly Meyer, the Caïssa is a blend of Barbera, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon all sourced from Fort Bowie Vineyards. This is definitely one of the nerdier podcasts I’ve recorded, so be aware. Also, stay tuned for the Barbera Podcast I’m recording with Kimberley Meyer, the winemaker of this vintage, on New Year’s eve night.
